Grands Crus got our Cheltenham Festival ante-post portfolio off to a fine start yesterday and the 12/1 (non-runner, no bet) looks appetising as he’s now 3/1 for the World Hurdle.
We’re following a similar strategy today with another account bet.

Thankfully, Cheltenham has got the go-ahead for Festival Trials day and we’ve got a few fancies for you as well as an ante-post account bet for those who play the futures.

Favourite Tocca Ferro has been withdrawn from next month’s Totesport Trophy at Newbury as trainer Emma Lavelle revealed he was lame after working on Wednesday.
Final Approach and Salden Licht now head the market for the prestigious handicap hurdle.

It’s a key day for the Willie Mullins team at Leopardstown with serious Festival contenders Hurricane Fly and Flat Out hopefully advertising their claims for the annual Cheltenham spectacular.
However, while we’re not having an account bet, it’s another Mullins inmate that catches our eye for an interest bet and that’s Ballyhaunis in the 3.20 contest.

The abandonment of Gowran Park has denied us a planned account bet but we’ll post some fancies - all worth a few quid for a small interest.
Nicky Henderson has his team in tremendous heart and Master Fiddle can add to his booty by landing the closing novices’ hurdle at Ascot (4.05).

Dilemma time … we had intended to have a serious account bet on Binocular in the Christmas Hurdle, as he’s better than his rivals and has a fine record in January/February.
However we’re getting mixed messages on the track as to his fitness - therefore we’ll probably have a moderate play on him at 11/4 rather than getting […]

We’ll give our fancies (interest rather than proper bets) for all races here today.
As for the first two races, Brampour is highly regarded by the Nicholls’ team and will be the one to beat, although Kazzene is probably more value at 7/2 (11.50).

With the full team back in place, our 20/1 tip on Imoncloudnine rewarded each-way support in the Welsh National to hopefully set us on a winning run.
There’s some superb racing this weekend at Kempton with the King George, Christmas Hurdle and Lanzarote Hurdle all taking place on Saturday.
