Grands Crus got our Cheltenham Festival ante-post portfolio off to a fine start yesterday and the 12/1 (non-runner, no bet) looks appetising as he’s now 3/1 for the World Hurdle.
We’re following a similar strategy today with another account bet.

It’s a key day for the Willie Mullins team at Leopardstown with serious Festival contenders Hurricane Fly and Flat Out hopefully advertising their claims for the annual Cheltenham spectacular.
However, while we’re not having an account bet, it’s another Mullins inmate that catches our eye for an interest bet and that’s Ballyhaunis in the 3.20 contest.

Captain Cee Bee may have let us down as he fell at Leopardstown over Christmas, when tipped on our sister site Bet On Horses, but we remain big fans of the promising chaser.

Two leading contenders for the Arkle Chase enhanced their claims over the weekend - both Kalahari King and Imsingingtheblues remain totally in the mix after their efforts.
The latter was another lucrative winner for the Paul Nicholls’ yard when scoring in the Williamhill.com Handicap Chase and will now be kept at home until the Festival.

We’re keeping our powder dry just for now in the ante-post markets for the Cheltenham Festival but the hugely influential Tom Segal of Pricewise fame is getting stuck in and his latest punt is Planet of Sound for the Arkle.
